This CAD Layout As-Built project captures the existing conditions of a residential property in Toronto for pre-design and early-stage planning purposes. The client needed a reliable set of existing conditions drawings to support space planning, interior design, and feasibility studies before committing to a full renovation scope.
Creative Angle completed a full LiDAR scan and detailed site survey in a single visit, documenting all architectural elements and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment throughout the property. Drawings were produced in AutoCAD and delivered in both DWG and PDF formats, alongside a full 3D virtual walkthrough and tagged equipment photos for the project team.
