Additional charges will apply to all bookings if: 1) final total drafted sqft of all floors including basements exceeds amount ordered and/or quoted; 2) additional products/add-ons are added after ordering; 3) if property falls outside of our service area.

iGUIDE Marketing Packages & Photography Images are delivered via email by midnight of the next business day following the shoot (iGUIDE shot on Friday are delivered by Saturday and iGUIDE shot on weekends or holidays will be delivered the next business day). Large properties greater than 10,000 sqft will take longer and delivery date will be determined by the size and complexity of the property.

Site Survey packages, CAD As-Built and REVIT As-Built packages will take 7-10 business to deliver from date of capture.

Feature Sheet Printing will be delivered within 2-3 business days from time of the Proof being approved (in our service area).

Virtual Staging will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Less than 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling incurs a minimum fee of $99 plus taxes. This will also be applied if the data capture specialist or photographer can not start shooting within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. Any travel charges for properties outside of our Service Area may be applied if a cancellation occurs close to or at the start of the appointment time.

Photographers will not assist with staging so please ensure the interior and exterior of the property is ready at the start of the appointment.

Please ensure there is a clear line of sight on walls so that we can capture all necessary measurement data to process floor plans. Failing this certain areas may not be drafted and floor planned.

Do not scale drawings. Contractors must check and verify all dimensions before proceeding with any work. The material contained herein reflects the Consultants best judgement in light of the information available at the time of preparation. Any use which a third party makes of the documents, or any reliance on or decisions to be made based on them are the responsibility of such third parties. The Consultant accepts no responsibility for damages, if any, suffered by any third party as a result of decisions made or actions based on the documents.

Listing Videos, YouTube Slideshows/Walkthroughs, Custom Property Websites, and Drone are delivered via email by midnight of the next business day excluding properties shot on Friday or Saturday. These will be delivered on Monday. Statutory holidays may affect delivery times.

Custom Domain Names and those purchased for Custom Property Websites are purchased on the day of delivery and we cannot guarantee their availability, unless the Purchased Upon Booking option is selected which is then non refundable. Both Custom Domain Names and Custom Property Websites are valid for 1 year from date created. A renewal fee will apply if you wish to extend.

When an iGUIDE is created by our suppliers it will always be delivered to you as a live web page. If you wish to have the iGUIDE locked from public view before delivery, please let us know at the time of booking.

The billable area is a sum of interior areas of all floors as well as all drafted spaces that may be excluded from the final interior floor area totals such as sun rooms, crawlspaces, detached garages/outbuildings, any rooms attached to the house that you can only access from outside and floor areas of rooms that have sloped ceilings – where the height of the room is less than 5 ft – these areas are drafted and billed, but not included in the total floor area. There are drafted spaces that are included on floor plans, not included in the total sq ft, and are not billed, these include: attached garages with interior doors, cold rooms, areas open to below, and exterior spaces such as balconies/decks/patios.

Payment is due within 7 days of receipt of product to avoid any late fees.

Photography/Work License, Uses and Rights:

Creative Angle retains copyright to all images and materials delivered. You are licensed to use images and material for a period of 52 weeks from date of delivery to design, market and sell or rent the property represented. License is not transferable. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Creative Angle., including but not limited to all rights in preliminary materials and all non–electronic rights. You cannot share or resale our images/work to another agent or third party. Any other parties interested in using our work will need to obtain/purchase the right from Creative Angle to do so.

Additional Usage: If you wish to make any additional uses of the work, you will need to seek permission from Creative Angle Inc. and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.
