CAD As-Built Package
This CAD As-Built project documents a 3,100 SF, four-storey century home in Toronto undergoing extensive interior and exterior renovations. The client required design-grade existing conditions drawings to support permit submissions, coordinate contractors, and guide renovation planning across all levels of the property.
Creative Angle's Engineering Technologists completed a full LiDAR scan of the property in a single site visit, capturing precise measurements of all architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements. Drawings were drafted in AutoCAD and delivered in DWG and PDF formats, accompanied by a full 360 virtual walkthrough and tagged building equipment photos for the project team's reference.
Century homes present unique measurement challenges — irregular wall thicknesses, non-standard ceiling heights, multiple additions, and decades of undocumented modifications. Our as-built process is specifically designed to capture these complexities accurately, giving your design and construction team a reliable set of existing conditions drawings to work from.
