The project required accurate existing conditions drawings capturing all architectural elements and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment throughout the practice — in a format the architect and design team could work with directly in AutoCAD.
Creative Angle completed a full LiDAR scan and detailed site survey in a single visit, producing DWG and PDF floor plans alongside a full iGUIDE 3D virtual walkthrough and tagged building equipment photos. The editable DWG format gives architects, interior designers, and fit-out contractors a reliable, immediately usable base drawing — removing the need to redraw from a PDF or work from inaccurate legacy drawings.
